Ottawa Pride Hockey currently operates one to two intermediate league teams, playing at the Carleton Adult Hockey League. We play in the lowest division of the men’s league, as an all-gender team. The games are refereed, and scores and statistics are recorded by the league. Given the skill level of the teams we play against, it is recommended that individuals have a decent foundational knowledge of hockey to play in our league teams.

The league operates a fall-winter season and a spring-summer season. Our league teams are quite full, but occasionally, the opportunity arises to add additional players.
